Colour, stock and finishing must match the proof the customer approved. No substitutions, ever.
Declared stock only
If the order says 350 GSM, it is 350 GSM. Random batch checks verify declared GSM and material.

The promised date is a commitment to the end customer. Delays must be flagged before, not after.
Defects reprinted free

What kind of orders will partner print houses receive?
Overflow and routed orders from the Yellowprints storefront: business cards, stationery, marketing print, stickers, packaging, apparel and large-format jobs. Each order arrives with print-ready files or approved studio designs, locked specifications and a promised dispatch date.
How do payments work for partners?
Every partnership runs on an agreed rate card and payment schedule signed before the first order. Invoices are raised per order or per week — whatever we agree in writing — and paid on schedule without chasing. No barter, no adjustments against future orders.
What quality standards must partners maintain?
The standards our customers are promised: print must match the approved proof, only the declared GSM and stock may be used, the promised dispatch date is binding, and any defect must be reprinted free and fast. We audit samples before onboarding and check random batches after.
Do you work with print houses outside Bengaluru?
Yes. Bengaluru partners get pickup and same-city jobs first, but we onboard audited presses across India for categories we cannot produce in-house — apparel hubs, packaging clusters and large-format specialists.
What machines and capacity do I need?
Whatever you are genuinely good at. We route by specialisation: offset and digital sheets, large-format flex and vinyl, sublimation and DTF apparel, die-cutting, binding and finishing. Tell us your real monthly capacity — we never overload a partner.
