Yes. We accept print-ready PDF, JPG, PNG and WEBP up to 15 MB per file. For best results keep artwork at 300 DPI with a 3 mm bleed on every edge.

The studio preview is colour-accurate for layout and positioning. Screens glow; paper reflects light — so ultra-bright neon tones can shift slightly on uncoated stock. Our team checks every file before printing.

Every template is free to customise yourself. For complex bespoke layouts, message us with your brief and we will connect you with our in-house desk at a flat hourly rate.

None. The price shown at checkout — GST included — is what you pay. Digital presses mean no plate or setup charges even for single-piece orders.

Discounts are automatic based on quantity: roughly 3% from 50 units climbing to 25% at 5,000+. The per-unit price updates live as you pick quantities.

UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit/debit cards, net banking and cash on delivery. Business customers can request bank-transfer invoicing.

Yes, every order ships with a GST invoice. Add your GSTIN at checkout so input credit applies automatically.

Standard products dispatch in 48–72 working hours. Finishing-heavy items like foil cards, standees and packaging take about 4–5 days. Express shipping then reaches metros in 1–2 days.

Pan-India via tracked courier. Standard shipping is ₹79 and free above ₹999; express is ₹199. You can also collect free from our Singasandra press in Bengaluru.

Uploaded designs are stored privately and used only to produce your order. We never resell or publish customer artwork.

Any defect that is ours — misprints, wrong stock, colour banding, cutting errors — gets reprinted and reshipped free. Just send one photo of the issue on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery.

If production has not started, we swap the file at no cost. Once printed, we offer steep reorder discounts instead of full reprints — fair for both sides.
