What we store
- Orders: the name, contact, address and order contents you type at checkout, kept so we can produce, deliver and support your order.
- Your designs: drafts you make in the design studio are saved in your own browser (localStorage). They are only sent to us when you place an order.
- Uploaded artwork: stored privately on our server and used solely to print your order.
- Enquiries: messages, quote requests and newsletter emails you send us.
What we never do
- Sell, rent or share your contact details with anyone outside the couriers who deliver your order.
- Use your artwork in marketing or show it publicly without written permission.
- Send spam. Newsletter emails are occasional offers, with one-click opt-out.
Cookies & tracking
The site keeps your cart and design drafts in your browser's local storage — this is not a tracking cookie and never leaves your device. If analytics are enabled, they record anonymous page views and button clicks only, never form contents.
Deleting your data
Email hello@yellowprints.com with your order ID and we will delete personal data and artwork connected to it, keeping only what tax rules require us to keep on the invoice.
